The initial intake appointment typically lasts 90-120 minutes. To ensure goodness of fit, please download the Potential New Patient Form below and email it to our Patient Coordinator, Laura, at drbursteinappointments@gmail.com. Intake appointments are typically being scheduled about 4 weeks out at this time.

Currently, I am not on any insurance panel. Please check with your insurance company and inquire about your out of network mental health reimbursement rate. You will be provided with a receipt upon request for reimbursement.
