Practice Philosophy

Osteopathic physicians believe that mind, body, and spirit are all connected. Aligned with this philosophy, I am committed to treating the entire person. 

Using a combination of psychotherapy and medication, I tailor my approach to your individual needs.​ Psychotherapy is an extremely effective way of finding wholeness, peace, and meaning. When warranted, medication is a very useful tool to help in this process. 

Overall, however, I am a minimalist when it comes to the use of medication, using the least amount to achieve a desired result.
